How do I raise moral?
Can someone explain "Manoeuver"??

Morale of General and army can be raised by doing manoeuvers (once per turn - 8 points per turn for the general, 5 points per turn for army - i guess ) or by attacking/defending.

While preparing a war, the general´s morale should be raised to 100 (as experience, strength and rest). The army´s morale will start at 0 and can be raised through manoeuvers - but this is very expensive!
It´s easier (and cheaper) to raise the army´s morale by attacking someone...



Maybe You didn´t have enough gold to pay the army?
Each turn the army´s upkeep must be paid - before the normal income (goldmines, taxes...) is calculated. If there´s not enough gold (parts of) the army will desert.
